Working with Persimmon Homes and Taylor Wimpey, Trench Farrow was commissioned to provide project and cost management services and CDM co-ordination to develop the site through a joint master-plan design process.
Breathing new life into the area, the scheme comprises extensive community facilities including a primary school and nursery, a primary healthcare unit, a park stretching along either side of the Channel Tunnel Rail Link, a new pond, a series of cycle tracks and refurbishment of the listed Repton Manor. A new High Street spanning from north to south of the site across a bridge provides new retail outlets and extensive office development provides attractive business facilities.
